"color my run"
The 5K Color My Run events happen in many states, including North and South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Virginia, Georgia, Connecticut, and Michigan. There are also runs in Canada. During the race the participants will be vibrantly colored at every kilometer of the race. At the end of the 5K the racers are rewarded for their participation with a fun, and colorful party that is known as the Splash Bash Party.
The race is not timed and is meant to bring together the young and the old. Whether you walk, crawl, skip, or jump, and no matter what condition you are in, everyone is invited to join in the fun of the Color My Run event. These events are meant for all to participate and have a great time doing it.
The purpose of the Color Fun Runs is to focus on being happy and healthy. Every Color My Run event is partnered with a local charity. Not only do you get to have vibrant, beautiful colors thrown on you while you run, but you will also have the satisfaction of knowing that your participation in the event is helping someone else.
