  1. Some people thought that exercise or fitness sports are boring especially if they keep on indulging with their old unhealthy lifestyle. Getting way into fitness requires motivation and once we learned how to enjoy and become determined to achieve a healthier body we will stick more with it. One of my motivations is to buy nice set of clothing that I can only wear if I have nice body shape and that adds to my determination to keep on my fitness strategies.
